Celebrate Art! Day at GHS 2015

Celebrate Art! Day was a wonderful celebration of Art at Greenwood High School. The students demonstrated processes all day for Parents, community visitors, other students and teachers. They also created an installation on the glass doors using rolls of colorful paper to create the state of Kentucky. Other students were hard at work painting a mural up the stairs and on the walls of the stairwell. Students had painted chairs and furniture for a silent auction to benefit Our Art Department, Kosair Children's Hospital and The Humane Society. We raised a total of $600!
