The National Art Education Conference was held in New York City this year. Each year the Delegates meet to decide on issues that represent our organization. Most states have 2 delegates that vote on the issues. Kentucky is represented by the President and President Elect so Kimberly Newton and I were a part of this decision making process on Wednesday all day and then on Thursday to finish up and vote on all issues. Each state is also represented by a Student Designed flag for Youth Art Month and a display of student art.
